The SEAT Leon has been designed to impress and built to provide strong emotions on the road. But we couldn't take performance to the next level without doing the same for safety.

BI-XENON HEADLIGHTS WITH AFS

The SEAT Leon comes with a wide range of safety features, like Bi-Xenon headlights (3) with Adaptive Front-Lighting System (AFS), illuminating the path ahead of you before your turn. Fog lamps with cornering function light the way even more.

ESC AND XDS

XDS is an advanced traction control system that's linked to our Electronic Stability Control (ESC). XDS gives you more control when you brake in curves. If a wheel starts slipping, XDS stops it from doing so, providing each wheel with just the right amount of pressure to maximize traction and improve response throughout the curve. Wheels can go at different speeds when they need to, keeping you on the road in dynamic fashion.

ABS & EBA

Meanwhile, the ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) keeps your wheels from skidding or over accelerating, no matter the road conditions. Plus our Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) reacts to 'panic stops' by applying maximum braking effort within milliseconds.

AIRBAGS

We've provided more protection for your most important cargo: your passengers. Inside there are six airbags as standard: driver, passenger, two side and two curtain – plus optional rear thorax airbags.
